When you place your order, you agree to the following terms:


Happy & Healthy Guarantee

For orders in Austin and San Antonio, our caring team will deliver your plant ourselves where ever possible. When orders are shipped, Green Oasis goes to great lengths to pack your your plants and trees so they will arrive Happy and Healthy. Green Oasis is not liable for damage that your plants or containers may sustain while in transit, packages lost in transit or stolen from their destination. If an order is lost or arrives damaged contact Green Oasis within 24 hours so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.

If for some reason within the first five days of receiving your trees and plants you are not happy, give us a call so that we can help make it right! Plants are living and may take some time to acclimate to their new environments. Unfortunately, if you've given your plants less-than-optimal care or purchased plants outside of your growing zone recommendation, your purchase isn't covered by our guarantee.

If you have issues with your plants within the first 30 days, give us a call. We will review your concerns and provide you with a one-time replacement if necessary. Replacement shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

 


Cancelling an Order

Requests for cancellation must be made by calling 210.653.8900 or emailing info@greenoasis.com during normal business hours. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will be charged the greater of a $10.00 cancellation fee or 10% of the purchase price. Large orders and/or freight shipped orders may incur a higher cancellation fee. Orders CANNOT be cancelled after the order is shipped or if the order is in the packaging process.

We do our best to accommodate changes, but once your order leaves our nursery, it is out of our hands - literally! Thank you for understanding, and please give us a call at 210.653.8900 if you have any questions or concerns.


Returns

Since plants and trees are perishable, nursery stock cannot be returned without authorization. In some cases, garden supplies and hard goods may be authorized for return, including fertilizers, planting mixes, planting kits and watering bags.

Note: Once trees and plants are approved for return, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. These trees must be returned in live condition within two weeks of receipt, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Keep in mind that buyers are responsible for shipping and processing charges. By purchasing nursery stock, customers accept Green Oasis's terms and conditions of sale, constituting the entire agreement. Our liability will not be greater than the cost paid for the customer’s order in any circumstance.
